Introduction to Home Nursing

          In our generation now, we can already receive health care services easily. Health centers, clinics and hospitals are only within our reach because there were so many of them in the city. In my opinion, health care is important to us, individuals, because without this, we cannot maintain our health well and as well as cannot take good care of our health and prevent illness. It is important this days because some illnesses and diseases are spreading throughout our surroundings, so if we have this health care facilities, we can be cured and also prevent the occurrence of some diseases.

          Receiving health care is important in our family as well as in our community because it is also be used to prevent illnesses. If in one instance, one family member is sick, most probably, other family members will get the illnesses as well. So as to prevent this situation, receiving prompt health care services must be obtained. Other example is if your friend is sick, you can bring him/her to the hospital or just give him/her a first aid or a medicine. 

4th Quarter Blog Entry #1

My experience in making our Recycled Craft project is quite fun. The project of group 2 is unique. We called it Recycled Picture Frame. 

We made two different kinds of frame; one is with the rolled magazines 

and the other one is with buttons and sequins. 

The materials that we use are the following: used illustration board, recycled magazines, buttons, sequins, yarn/ribbon, puncher, scotch tape, double-sided tape, and used plastic cover. My contribution to the output are the puncher and double-sided tape. We used illustration board that can be recycle and cut it like a picture frame, pasted the buttons and sequins/rolled magazines, we designed it to look it nicer, we punched a hole in the middle of the illustration board where we can put the ribbon/ yarn to hang it. Some of my co-members put a plastic cover so that it would look like a glass and it would be the protection of the picture. I was task to print the format and to take a picture of our product. I feel happy and satisfied after I accomplish our desired output. :)

JAM FEVER! Gwapo dito, gwapo doon. Tsk. 3 days lang ang JAM, so bitiiiin! Pwede FOREVER JAM na lang? Pero this are the best days so far. Paano ba naman kasi, madaming gwapo dun! Meeeep! :"> And wala akong picture with Kiefer Isaac Crisologo Ravena :(( Bakit ganyan? Huhu. Madami din kasing bumubuntot sa kanya kung saan siya magpunta kaya ayun, wala kaming picture dalawa. Pero guess what? May picture sila ng ate ko! Nyeee @@ selos gad ako. :(

Kahit sa last day nga nila dito sa Zamboanga, gusto ko talaga magkaroon ng picture with him. Pero wala e, walang wala. Hindi kasi ako in-update ng mga "friends" (kunu) ko. Asdfghjkl >.< May isa pa akong idol. Wait, CRUSH ko rin pala :"> Meet Matthew Nieto aka Junior Phenom! XD

December 05, 2012 (HS NIGHT) 

It was a BORING DAY for me. Yung mga friends ko, tanong ng tanong kung pupunta ba ako. Sabi ko, "HINDI." Luuul :> Wala ako gana mag-attend ng hs night, boring din kasi. Pero yung kapatid ko, pumunta. Atat na atat talagang pumunta, first year kasi. For short, NOT AKO NAG-ATTEND :) 

December 02, 2012 - December 09, 2012 (Centennial Atfest)

Everyday nandun sa main. Required e, dapat magcheck ng attendance :/ Nakakapagod man, pero kailangan. HAHA! Everyday ako nandun kasi may practice din sa band. Hindi ko na lang alam kung chineck ba nila yung name ko or not. Basta may mga classmates ako na nakita ako doon. Sa sobrang busy, nakakalimutan ko nang gawin ang mga requirements ko. Tulad ng pagprapractice para sa culminating sa December 22. Hindi pa talaga nakapractice yung Daniel class. Kinakabahan na ako :(( Pero sana matapos namin at magcooperate yung mga classmates ko. At sana hindi kami ma-fail sa culminating namin. Kahit hindi kami ang manalo, at least binigay namin ang best namin. 

December 07, 2012 (Alumni Night)

Whole day kami nasa main that time, may practice kasi for the evening. All the jubilarians will be there daw e. Have kami tugtog, as usual :) So, 12:00 midnight na kami naka-uwi from main. It was a tiring day @@ :( 

December 09, 2012 (Blue and White Ball)

The event was held at the Astoria Regency, Pasonanca. We played and the event was successfully held. Late din kami naka-uwi and FIRST TIME ko ma-late sa assembly. :3 

Arts & Crafts Plates

 Plate No.2 (Covering of the drawing book using recycled materials and plastic cover) 
In covering my drawing book, I am confused if what I will design on the cover page. I used colored papers and cut it into squares. I designed it and ta-daaa! XD (Sorry, I don't have the picture of my drawing book) 
Plate No.3 (Designing the first page)
I just used the other square-shaped that left and put my name out there. I remember that someone gave me a doodle out of my nickname. I used it nalg para not dry sa baba ng first page ko. 

Plate No.4 (Folding and Cutting of Basic Shapes and Forms)

     a.) rectangles - I just fold the construction paper into half and half it again. 

     b.) squares - I just fold the construction paper like a triangle and it will form a square. 

     c.) circles - I easily forgot on how to do a circles. 

     d.) stars ( 5-pointed, 8-pointed, 4-pointed) - In 5-pointed, I feel confused in doing it. 8-pointed is the easiest star that I did. While in 4-pointed, the way I cut it is sometimes wrong. 

Plate No.5 (Expanding Shapes & Forms)

     a.) expanding rectangles - It is fun to have a succesful expanding rectangle. It makes me happy and satisfied. 

     b.) expanding squares - I was wrong in pasting it on my drawing book because I didn't hear Ma'am explaining on how to paste it. 

     c.) expanding circles - It is the best expand shape that I did. I am very happy! :) 

Freyy Hend Droweeeng :)

"Freyy Hend Droweeeng", cool dba? Alam ko, hindi :P It's FREE HAND DRAWING! :) Ma'am asked us to draw something kung ano ba daw ang nasa mind namin. It's free hand drawing nga di ba? Kaya kung ano ang nasa isip ko, yun ang idraw ng kamay ko. :) What I've experience during the activity is I can't think quickly in what am I going to draw. Mahirap siya at first kasi madami ang nasa isip ko at naguguluhan kung ano ang idradraw ko. Then nagdraw ako ng FRENCH FRIES, ya'knoww! I can't live without food, especially can't live without you! Naaks! May pabanat-banat pa 'to si Therese oh! B)) Pero joke lang yan. Walang seryosohan. Intermission number ko lang yan! :p I drew french fries because it is one of my favorite food. I usually eat french fries at Mcdo or Jollibee (Mas masarap yung french fries sa Jollibee kesa sa mcdo. Agree with that please :D hihi) The second drawing that I drew is mobile phone. This is something that helps us to communicate other people by way of call and text. So, here is my drawing. Sorry, hindi ako marunong magdraw. Bare with it na lang please =))

Good Evening, Kiddos! Done studying Math and MAPEH. Tapos na rin yung assignment sa math. Now searching for a folk song. Suggest ba ;) Btw, nag schedule B kami kanina! Pero pumunta pa rin ng main dhil may tugtog. After ng program, kumain kami and nagpasukat for varsity jacket. Yes! May varsity jacket na akoooo! XD HAHA #share And so, as of this moment, I NEED FOOD! I'm hunggrehh :3
